From building design to site plans and renderings, we help our clients imagine new developments from scratch.

We use civil engineering experts to deliver our civil site work on time and on budget.

Maximum efficiency
Our goal is to maximise efficiency in terms of speed, quality, affordability, desirability and density. We believe that rows of stacked-townhouses are currently optimal for the majority of multifamily sites, targeting the ‘missing middle’ and giving families private outside entrances with easy access to parking. We know how to build units that achieve CMHC’s 40% efficiency targets and we bring this experience to every project, thereby lowering monthly utility costs for tenants.

‘Part 9′ buildings are simpler and faster to construct, offering several advantages over larger multifamily buildings. With no internal corridors, sprinkler systems, elevators or shared entrances, they allow high levels of privacy and peaceful living with neighbours, but are cheaper to construct – this means more affordable rents for tenants. However, if greater density is required, we are just as comfortable building larger multifamily buildings.
